Line drawing of a brick building with multiple windows, a door with stairs and railing, a tree with leaves, and a streetlamp.
Two smiling women standing in a doorway of a white brick building. The woman on the left is wearing a black baseball cap, black T-shirt with cartoon characters, black shorts, and sneakers. The woman on the right is wearing a white jacket, white T-shirt, black pants, and sneakers.

We’re industry pros, neighborhood fans, and the duo behind the next chapter of Hill’s Kitchen.

We met behind the line at Tail Up Goat, where friendship, food, and a shared belief that a good meal can make a community were the secret ingredients. Between us, we’ve cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens, managed award-winning dining rooms, and now, we’re channeling that love of food and hospitality into a neighborhood spot built on curiosity, craft, and flavor.

Inside Our Kitchen

A glimpse into our kitchens; where playlists, precision, and a little chaos all have a place on the shelf.

A grocery refrigerator with two pantry sections labeled Sarah's Pantry and Miles' Pantry. Sarah's Pantry contains cream crackers, Milo, and a red tomato, with a label on the tomato citing homemade chili oil. It also has pickled ramps and crusty bread. Miles' Pantry has canned fish, sauces, and chocolate, with labels referencing condiments, drinks, and dinner insurance. Handwritten annotations describe items: pickled ramps as a spring fling, homemade chili oil as dangerous, olive oil as perfume, vinegar for balance, salt caramels for reward, and bread as therapy.
